not satisfy at all I had two trips for oe issue to glassman and they had not fixed my car yet. They recognize the issue and asked me to let them to work on my car for a I had two trips for oe issue to glassman and they had not fixed my car yet. They recognize the issue and asked me to let them to work on my car for a day and I rented another car for that they and they didnot fixed it. They needed to order another part. This issue is related to safety because of the condition and the heater cannot melt the ice on the front glasses. I also jad a issue with tire pressure and after three trips to glassman they still didnot find the issue. More

Stephanie was very professional in scheduling the work and keeping me informed as to when the vehicle was ready. The outside of the car was washed before it was turned back to me. The work was done in a complete manner and on time, and at the quoted price. In addition, when I noticed that one wheel's air valve cap was missing, one service department employee quickly retrieved and installed the cap. This quiet efficiency by Stephanie and other dealership staff is what I have experienced EVERY TIME I come to Glassman Hyundai. George Moore More
