not satisfy at all I had two trips for oe issue to glassman and they had not fixed my car yet. This issue is related to safety because of the condition and the heater cannot melt the ice on the front glasses. The work was done in a complete manner and on time, and at the quoted price. In addition, when I noticed that one wheel's air valve cap was missing, one service department employee quickly retrieved and installed the cap.
