I have never had to wait longer than an hour for regular maintenance as a walk-in. The waiting room is comfortable and free coffee, tea and snacks were provided. When my car required more extensive service their free transportation home and back was convenient and the driver competent and pleasant. I now lease regularly from Glassman and the salesperson has always been very helpful and the finance department respectful of my limited budget. I highly recommend Glassman to everyone. More
