I initially came there for my manufacturing recall for my Hyundai Santa Fe because the paint was falling off. But, once I found that the whole process took two months and I would have to pay for a rental, my Hyundai Santa Fe because the paint was falling off. But, once I found that the whole process took two months and I would have to pay for a rental, I immediately became stressed out. I have a son that is disabled and our car is my sole means of transportation. Kristin in the service department went above and beyond trying to get me some help calling around seeing if I could get a decent rental that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Since everything was so expensive, she ended up referring to Judy in used sales department. WHAT A GEM! She made the whole transaction easy and I loved how she was so kind and helpful with my son as well. We got the car we wanted, and the team really helped with making it all happen as well. I’m so please with the service I received from Glassman. I’ve literally told everyone I know since I purchased my vehicle that this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had! Once I’m done paying this car off, I’ll come back to Glassman again for sure! My experience with her was absolutely wonderful. More
My experience with Glassman service center was awesome thanks to Michael Green. I needed a new fuel line. He kept me informed every step of the way. He also got me into a loaner as soon as possible.
