I have found that perfection does not exist among automotive retailers. For me, the true mark of excellence is how they respond when issues arise. Glassman Automotive Group does this really well. People need to remember that problems are normal and people are human, and resolution will not occur until we take the first step and share our concerns. I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation and a reapplication of interior and exterior protectant. Roy gave me an option to come back for the protectant work when a loaner would be available. I have not heard back from him yet but I look forward to scheduling that soon. More
