Adam Wiltscheck was my service manager when I brought my new Subararu Outback into the service department for the first time. He was very quick at having all my concerns addressed and was thorough in his ex new Subararu Outback into the service department for the first time. He was very quick at having all my concerns addressed and was thorough in his explanations of why things were working and why other things were not. He helped me understand the mechanisms of the car and what I needed to do to enjoy the safety and additional plus features that were available within the Subaru. He also had a loanner car made for me so that I could get back home to help take care of my handicapped husband with his needs. He certainly made my service experience a pleasant one. More
I started out just "looking for information". Questions were answered and a opportunity to drive the vehicle was offered. Within 2 days I had posssesioin of the Genesis I had driven. I have driven KIA's since 2008 utilizing the same dealership over these years. Custome service is what has always been excellent. I've had the Amanti, Cadenze, K900 and a K5. The K5 was more sporty and didn't compare to the K900 which is no longer available in the new market. Since the K900 has been my comparison, this is what led me to the Genesis. So far, most enjoyable to drive and am looking forward to a longer road trip the end of the month. The one thing which has impressed me the most has been the accessability to Michael Glassman. I hadreceived this survey, but not yet completed it when I had a concern. I though I'd see if I could contact Michael Glassman, which I did. I left a mesage, got an immediate call back and 2 follow up calls to see if all had been resolved. My concern was handled and I find this type of customer interaction truly remarkable. I intend to meet this gentleman, personally, and thank him for his courtesy and concern. More
My experience at Glassman Automotive Group was good. I had no problems as they went straight to work on my vehicle. The whole service experience was under 2 hours.
