Johnnie was a great sales person for our first experience at Glassman. He was honest, friendly and professional in all our interactions. A couple of things did bother us. 1) On the first day we saw the car at Glassman. He was honest, friendly and professional in all our interactions. A couple of things did bother us. 1) On the first day we saw the car it had not been inspected but was told it would be covered under a warranty. After the inspection, we were informed the car would not be covered as it was just over the time frame. This was disappointing and added more money to our purchase, (though Johnnie did make sure the car had new brakes & tires). 2) We told Johnnie when we would be in to pickup the car but it was not ready when we arrived so found ourselves waiting around for an hour. Other than the above, we are happy with our experience. More
