One person who really went above and beyond was Jorge, He met me at my vehicle and took the information down regarding the car issues, He showed me the waiting area, updated me with the findings and a plan for the repair. My car was washed, and cleaner than when I dropped it off. He was professional, helpful and appeared to genuinely enjoy his job along with working with the public. More

I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and expertise of Mo and Sergey on the 2024 Outback XT Touring. It was heart warming to be welcome back to the Subaru family (owned WRX in Australia); af expertise of Mo and Sergey on the 2024 Outback XT Touring. It was heart warming to be welcome back to the Subaru family (owned WRX in Australia); after owning 4 Honda's and 2 Toyotas previously. I appreciate Mo giving me the best deal. Sergey showing me the working and functionality of the vehicle. My 14 year old son who is a freshman at High School was absorbed by Sergey demonstration on the various functionality, he was able to demonstrate the same to his mum when we return home with the new car. And of course my 14 yr old was convinced that was his car in a couple of years 😆👍 when he goes to college. I was glad I purchased the extra warranty and secure link (security) subscription. Both Mo and Sergey connected with me very well and they were awesome. More

The dealership is highly professional, and well organized, but also very personal. There are only a few salespeople in the division I dealt with, and Crystal, my salesperson, was always available f organized, but also very personal.
