The following is a point I want to mention (which has nothing to do with treatment by any employee) but is something to think about. The very last step in the process is the very lengthy financial paperwork. The add-ons are discussed. There were add-ons I wanted, e.g., tire protection, but I really did not think about the cost in the whirlwind of choosing a car. During the final stage of the purchase, when it was discussed, I was very surprised at how expensive it had become since I leased my last car. It was my fault not to have asked in advance. It increased the monthly payment considerably and caught me off guard. It is something that should be discussed earlier in the process so the customer has complete knowledge of the final cost of their purchase. More
