It was fairly quick and simple to get an appointment and my car was ready same day. The mechanic servicing me communicated during the process and was very professional yet friendly. The facility was much cleaner and organized than some other dealer service centers I have been in which was a very nice surprise. Despite having a very high priced quote after dropping off my car they did not charge me the full amount as I was expecting them to. Overall Glassman of Southfield is a very well kept and run dealership. I will be returning and purchasing my next vehicle from here. More

I had very very bad experience at Glassman, which we agreed on final numbers on the phone before I drove to the dealership. I arrived and test drive the car, I do like it. The salesman Jeff spoke with his manager Gary and came back with $500 over our agreement on the phone. I told them that wasn't acceptable and not professional to do that to a customer who drove up to the dealership and test drive the car, and left his job to come in to buy the car and the sales manager Gary increased the price $500 over the agreement over the phone. They did that to me,,, how many times have they done it to other customers??? I was very upset and angry. It was bad integrity and bad honesty on that dealership. I was talking about 2013 BMW 528i White has 165,000 miles on Wednesday morning June 28th. It was very bad experience at Glassman dealership in Southfield MI... Make sure that wouldn't happen to you.
