It was fairly quick and simple to get an appointment and my car was ready same day. The mechanic servicing me communicated during the process and was very professional yet friendly. The facility was much cleaner and organized than some other dealer service centers I have been in which was a very nice surprise. Despite having a very high priced quote after dropping off my car they did not charge me the full amount as I was expecting them to. Overall Glassman of Southfield is a very well kept and run dealership. I will be returning and purchasing my next vehicle from here. More

I had very very bad experience at Glassman, which we agreed on final numbers on the phone before I drove to the dealership. I arrived and test drive the car, I do like it. The salesman Jeff spoke with his manager Gary and came back with $500 over our agreement on the phone. I told them that wasn't acceptable and not professional to do that to a customer who drove up to the dealership and test drive the car, and left his job to come in to buy the car and the sales manager Gary increased the price $500 over the agreement over the phone. They did that to me,,, how many times have they done it to other customers??? I was very upset and angry. It was bad integrity and bad honesty on that dealership. I was talking about 2013 BMW 528i White has 165,000 miles on Wednesday morning June 28th. It was very bad experience at Glassman dealership in Southfield MI... Make sure that wouldn't happen to you. No waiting, pulled car in and someone was at my car before i could get out of the car. Very clean place, service Advisor was excellent. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, checked on me to see if I before i could get out of the car. Very clean place, service Advisor was excellent. My credit card company prs approved me for $57000 - but only for cars newer than 2012 and less than 120000 miles. The car I wanted did not meet those requirements - so I tried to finance through the de only for cars newer than 2012 and less than 120000 miles. The car I wanted did not meet those requirements - so I tried to finance through the dealer. Best they could do was 24 month loan with monthly payment of $757. This was for a loan of 10,000 after a $2000 down payment. What a ripoff. The car sold to someone else a couple of days later but they had the nerve to call me and ask if I was still looking. 1 month Ago A girl ran A red light and totaled my terran! ! A week later I arranged to purchase A 2021 Subaru outback! with 5500 miles I was very happy!! But it was downhill from there 1. The person they sent to pick me up at the car rental was not informed I would be waiting out front 45 minutes A rental person asked what I was waiting for so I told him He said there was A person sitting in A reg Not glassman car for 45 minutes strike one. when I got there and signed the paperwork I once again informed them I was A tec stupid!! BUT!! they had no one who would show me how the bells and whistles work!! strike 2, The next morning I went to start the car and It would not start! I called and 1 1/2 hours A nice person jumped it and I followed them back to glassman where after 2 hours they explained how the Battery was too small strike 3. When I got home I put by battery jumper (halo) in the spare tire storage where I had A jack and other equipment BUT!!! NO!! SPARE!! TIRE Red flags are waving ALL over the place!! I also tried to open the hood BUT I could not find the hood release! So I pulled up on the (P) thinking it might be under there and once again the car would not work. The next day (it was working now) I went into the store and when I tried to start it the steering wheel was stuck and it would not turn or start!! THEN it said main't inspection after only 2 weeks AND NOW nit says needs oil filter! THI AUTO WAS SOLD AS CERTIFED PRE OWNED!! I think the Maneger of the Mechanics needs to check for wackey tabackie But now to be honest I am sorta scared to drive it as I still don't know how to use it and am A little afraid I Might get stuck somewhere again!! AND I don't want to take it to the Glassman Mechanics as 1. I am not confident ibn them! Ireally think the Certifer took one look at it and said looks good! OH only has 5000 miles what could go wrong? And if they read this and my yelp review They might REALLY SCREW Up the car!!
