I recently wrote a terrible review. After speaking to my salesman, Mohamad at the Southfield location I respectfully would like to amend my previous remarks He called me although dee After speaking to my salesman, Mohamad at the Southfield location I respectfully would like to amend my previous remarks He called me although deeply hurt, bewildered and disappointed by my review he pulled up my sales work and we went over the contract again He explained everything to me. Did I fully understand everything this time? No, however, that’s not a bad reflection on him it simply was my comprehension not being on point. I raised several points and he patiently answered by concerns he offered his advice which made me rethink the terms of my contract. I was so wrong my only defense is I am over wrought with a lot of things that I am experiencing presently. After speaking with him I felt better about my contract and extremely bad about my comments about him. After speaking to him in a stress free environment I was able to think about him more objectively. He is a caring person and he proved himself to be a true gentleman and an outstanding professional His first concern was about addressing my concerns and not once did he exhibit any anger or disrespect although my comments about him and the other salesperson were harsh In my opinion, he proved himself to be a genuine and honest salesperson. if he chooses to remain in this profession and continue to treat people as well as he treated me He should, like cream, raise to the top. I am full of remorse after slandering this person reputation within your organization I was wrong. My only recommendation would be to go over the contract with the customer slowly to make sure the customer truly understands what they are signing Again I am truly sorry, remorseful and most importantly at peace within myself regarding the terms of my contract and with the way he handled his self during our follow up conversation. My opinion has drastically changed and I think he is a true asset to the Glassman organization Thank you More
