After we purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe, I went back to the dealership and our salesperson Crystal Cogan sat in the vehicle and took her time showing me how to use and setup the car. I'm over 70 years old and I don't understand electronics that well but she made me feel like my best friend sitting next to me explaining all the apps...She then a few days later called to make sure everything was still ok and did I have any questions. As always Glassman service is the best. Example of this last week when I ran over a nail, luckily, I purchased tire insurance (great thing to do) when I bought my Genesis.
