I am accustomed to much better service. I was quite surprised. The staff was polite, but the one individual who helped me at the service desk did not do a good job of following up. Also, it seemed like he was trying to push buying the most expensive plan. He talked too much too! The supervisor ended up helping me at the end of the visit. Franklin needs more training in customer service with a veteran employee. He was more interested in making a sale than explaining the information. I was just given a warranty sheet only to find out that the warranty was not applicable to me. Be straight forward with your customers. More

As always at Glassman's service department, the service advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she brought to my attention that the tread on my tires is getting worn down to th advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she brought to my attention that the tread on my tires is getting worn down to the point that I will need replacement tires soon. In this way, I can save money for the upcoming expense. It is a pleasure to go for service in your department. More
