Almost went left. I made an appointment with a representative on the phone for a Saturday. The rep set me up for a shuttle ride home. When I arrived at 8a. I was told I made an appointment with a representative on the phone for a Saturday. The rep set me up for a shuttle ride home. When I arrived at 8a. I was told they don’t have Saturday shuttles. Then to make matters worse, they tell me they can’t perform the recall, and that I would need to make another appointment. I was beyond annoyed. As I was about to leave a technician noticed oil leaking on the floors. They looked under the hood and noticed it was a major leak. That’s when they decided to hoist it up to see where the leak was coming from. Turns out it was actually one of the recalls, the oil feed line. They also performed the 2 other recalls. I was grateful they noticed the leak in the first place because I had no warnings. No warning lights came on nor did I smell anything, but I suspect it had been leaking for weeks, because my brother asked me was i leaking oil because he saw it in his driveway, but I had no idea it had been my car leaking.
