As always at Glassman's service department, the service advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she brought to my attention that the tread on my tires is getting worn down to th advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she brought to my attention that the tread on my tires is getting worn down to the point that I will need replacement tires soon. In this way, I can save money for the upcoming expense. It is a pleasure to go for service in your department. More

Tom and his team were extremely pleasant, attentive, and very businesslike. 10/10 I got a fair price for my trade-in which saved me any hassle of listing and selling it myself. The finance person (whose name I can't remember) was extremely pleasant to deal with. Zero pressure to add dealer options. I travelled from Ann Arbor after an unsatisfactory experience with the Subaru dealer here, who tried to tack on $900 of mandatory dealer "options" for a car that wasn't even there yet. (Still shaking my head.) BTW, I bought a car from Glassman in 1973 - a '73 Olds Cutlass S, that I still have fond memories of. More
