The lease process was fairly straight forward. My salesperson was professional and nice to work with and helped to answer questions I could think to ask. Also, for a car (Genesis) of that caliber, I was disappointed that the front grill was not thoroughly cleaned and the vehicle dashboard appeared dusty. I feel more meticulous detail should have been taken in the final cleaning of the vehicle; it should have been showroom clean. Aside from the above discrepancies, it was an overall good experience.
