Happy Customer I was very skeptical about purchasing another Volvo because I had very poor experiences with two other Volvo dealerships. That changed quickly when I was very skeptical about purchasing another Volvo because I had very poor experiences with two other Volvo dealerships. That changed quickly when I walked in the door at Glen Cove Volvo. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly sales assistant who introduced me to Jabir. He was very friendly, calm, and easy to talk to. I didn't feel the typical sales pressure usually accompanied with buying a car, it felt more like a conversation between friends. I knew which car I was interested in when I arrived and let Jabir know. He did not try to up-sell or show me other models, only the one I was interested in. After the test drive we discussed price. We were able to meet at a very fair price in minutes rather than a lengthy process that usually involves several back and forths with the manager. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by friendly receptionists as well as the sales manager Kristin. From this point on, I no longer felt like "just another customer", I became part of their Volvo family. Kristin had by far the most extensive knowledge of any dealer that I have ever been too.
