Very pleasant leasing experience with Glen Cove Volvo I have leased several Volvo's over the years. Recently I wanted to explore trading in my Volvo XC 90 for a smaller sedan - S60. I was introduced to Ken and immediately felt comfortable. Ken found the car with the set of features that I was interested in. He arranged for me to take the car for an extended test drive to make sure that I would like the car. When I indicated that I wanted to move forward and needed the car right away Ken made sure that all the paperwork was in order. I was able to pick up the car at the appointed time. I really valued his customer service and that of Annemarie Hay. She walked me through the deal terms very thoroughly. Great experience with my new XC60 Mr Choudry and Mr Ungureanu gave me a fair price on the XC60 and my trade in. I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours. When I got home i noticed wh Mr Choudry and Mr Ungureanu gave me a fair price on the XC60 and my trade in. I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours. When I got home i noticed what looked like scratches on the hood. When I brought it back, it turned out to be some left over glue from the plastic they cover new cars with when they transport them. They took care of it and gave the car a wash to boot. More

They were very flexible and proficient in finding the perfect car that fit my budget and the options / trim for the model I wanted. It was such as pleasent experience in dealing with them from my initial inquiry call to Grace which she returned promptly, my initial meeting with her and subsequent test drives, matching inventory with my requirements, and on to finance and purchase. 5 stars all the way and I will definitely be going back to Grace for my next car and would highly recommend this dealership.
