Jaber Choudury is the best!!! I had no intention of buying a Volvo but a woman in another car dealership recommended that I look at the Volvo. I was still not convinced but Jabir I had no intention of buying a Volvo but a woman in another car dealership recommended that I look at the Volvo. In my typical fashion, I waited until the very last day of the sales event to visit, driving in rush hour from Brooklyn. A few hours later, I was driving my new S60 home with terms I can live with. When I arrived, the dealership was in full swing trying to unload as many cars as possible before midnight for their end-of-year sales event, but at no point did I feel pressured. Each person I dealt with clearly cares about customer service and gaining trust. Domenick is a very personable and knowledgable saleperson and made every effort to meet my needs and answer all questions, and Annemarie in f&i made a tedious process quick and painless. The showroom is well-managed by Dumitru who sits right up front at the reception desk - his hands-on approach is admirable. It's no wonder that this is such a successful store. All the other staff were pleasant and helpful, as well. (Kristin who pulled my credit , Jackie from internet sales who made the initial contact with me.) And those of us in the waiting area were even treated to pizza - a nice touch! When my car was finally prepped, Martin expertly guided me through the ins and outs of the car. This is my first Volvo and hopefully not my last. I had been discouraged and almost didn't make the trip - I'm glad I did. Thanks, everyone. More

I was very disappointed and asked for a refund, and again, they were not responsive at all on this either. Will not recommend this dealership to a friend. More
