Not very responsive I pre-ordered a new vehicle there and was told to wait for about 3 months. I was very disappointed and asked for a refund, and again, they were not responsive at all on this either. Will not recommend this dealership to a friend. More

I was pleasantly surprised by the 2016 S60 and what it offered. I worked with Ado at the dealership who was exceptional from start to finish. He explained the options to me and made sure to highlight my areas of interest while touching on my areas of concern as well. He never pressured me even as I was asking about other options right up until signing the papers. He was very diligent about setting up all of the car's systems and following up several times to see how I have been enjoying the car. An wonderful experience all around. Long story short, after calling and going to a few dealers, I have decided to make my purchase at Glen Cove Volvo. This dealer oozes friendliness and has a great character. It mightn't be the most opulent, best looking, manicured dealer you will visit but it definitely has the best customer service I've come to know. I got an excellent deal on my car and I love it. I will return when my lease is up, and I think this will be a very long term relationship. Dumitru and Adnan were my team, and they certainly deserve all the praise.
