Long story short, after calling and going to a few dealers, I have decided to make my purchase at Glen Cove Volvo. This dealer oozes friendliness and has a great character. It mightn't be the most opulent, best looking, manicured dealer you will visit but it definitely has the best customer service I've come to know. I got an excellent deal on my car and I love it. I will return when my lease is up, and I think this will be a very long term relationship. Dumitru and Adnan were my team, and they certainly deserve all the praise. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2016 S60 and what it offered. I worked with Ado at the dealership who was exceptional from start to finish. He explained the options to me and made sure to highlight my areas of interest while touching on my areas of concern as well. He never pressured me even as I was asking about other options right up until signing the papers. Efficiency at its Finest I had been looking at an XC90 and a few other cars for quite a while. I had done my research and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted (R-Design). I had been looking at an XC90 and a few other cars for quite a while. I had done my research and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted (R-Design). Glen Cove Volvo had a great selection of vehicles with many different configurations. Jabir Choudry and Dumitru Ungureanu were incredibly accommodating and made my purchase as easy as it could be. I was able to test drive the R-Design, trade my current car in, and walk out of the dealership with my new car in a matter of hours. They even stayed late to help show me some of the nuances of the new vehicle. Not many dealers can do that. Since this is a first edition vehicle and my first Volvo, I obviously will need to work closely with them on software updates, and they assured me that, not only will updates like Carplay/Android Auto be complimentary, but they even offered to pick up my car from home and return it to complete the first software update. That is truly excellent service! I look forward to working more with this dealership and highly recommend them. More
