After seeing the certified preowned Volvo online I requested more information directly from the website. I met with Richard Dixon and he was very friendly and made the experience a pleasure. I loved the car and the next day began working on how I was going to finance the car. I was in contact with Rich and he was very helpful in getting me everything I needed. The only thing I wanted improved was a few marks on the rear bumper. I still wasn't happy with it after it was touched up so Rich talked to Mike Smith and Mike agreed to have the bumper redone so it will look brand new. After that I will be completely satisfied and I am currently loving my car! More
