I waited until I had an experience with all aspects of Hassel's operation to write this review, and I must say they were always professional, polite, patient and friendly. Our salesperson (Richard) endured our endless mind-changes and other complicated issues with class, patience, warmth, sincerity, and aplomb. Vincent, the sales manager, while necessarily tough, was a gentleman. He went out of his way to make our "deal" work. Steve (service) was attentive and professional, and Ann Marie (finance) was pleasant, informative and helpful. Any other unnamed employees we dealt with during our rather complicated transaction were all pleasant and attentive, as well. We put this dealership through the ringer, and they passed with flying colours. I would definitely recommend them again, and would certianly purchase from them again. More

Their business is poorly run. It is impossible to get any appointment without waiting weeks and weeks. They don't care if you have an urgent problem with the car. Do they have just One repair guy? My wife and I recently bought an XC60 from Rich. We had negotiated with many dealers and were all set to buy from a dealer in NJ, but Rich insisted that we give him another chance to beat the price. We were skeptical because we thought we had negotiated a good price with the other dealer, but Rich ended up beating the other dealer's price. Without Rich's persistence, we would have bought from the other dealer and paid significantly more for our car. Additionally, Rich was a pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us into getting any features that we didn't want. He found the car we wanted and beat the price we wanted to pay. I would definitely buy again from Hassel Volvo. More
