We purchased a used car from Hassel about a month ago, and the experience was great. We dealt with Rich Dixon during the sales process, and with Steve Janicek shortly after for a minor repair we were pro and the experience was great. Rich is a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly salesman who took our needs/wants into account and did his best to make it work. After our purchase, there was a back-order on the part we ordered - but both Steve and Rich were constantly in contact keeping me informed on the situation until it was finally resolved. Our experience here was great - professional, courteous, and up-front - and we'll be coming to Hassel for our next purchase for sure. More
