They dO not have any courtesy and cannot diagnose problems but they know how to charge very high. They also do not back up any problems that arise but instead ignore you. We spoke with Cary Bruce and she tweaked our specifics and told us she'd let us know if something came in that we might be interested in. We'd heard that before from other dealers, but on a Thursday she called to let us know that something just came in on the lot that we'd be interested in. We drove out on Friday and left the dealership with our old car staying there on a trade in and our new car being parked in our driveway by the end of the day. Cary was so "on the ball." She listened when we told her our ideal car and she called when it came in to the dealership. All in all, a great trait in a salesperson. She wasn't pushy, she didn't try to sell us something that didn't meet our demands and she was a pleasure to work with. More
