I found a 2009 S80 on AutoTrader.com for sale by Hassel Volvo. After trying to deal with Hassel's internet department with no luck, I asked to speak with a manager. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He answered questions directly and responded to my expressed needs. I believe that I was able to negotiate a fair price without pressure or gimmicks. In addition, Aja worked diligently on my behalf to obtain excellent financing and worked with Anthony to make all of the paperwork go smoothly and efficiently. On the day I arrived to pick up my car it was beautifully detailed and prepared for me to drive off the lot. If you didn't look at the odometer, there is no way that you wouldn't think is was a brand new car. Prior to this experience, I would have told anyone that purchasing a car is one of my least favorite things to do - Anthony and Hassel have effectively changed that feeling - this was an excellent experience.
