Service wasn’t good this time, my advisor was Richard, his attitude wasn’t with it that day. I usually spend an hour for maintenance, I was there for over 2 hours. People who came after me were leaving be his attitude wasn’t with it that day. I usually spend an hour for maintenance, I was there for over 2 hours. People who came after me were leaving before me. I kept asking for an update every 30 mins and Richard looked bothered and annoyed every time I asked. Also when I purchased the Toyota Care Plus, he was taking long and I asked what was going on, he got snappy and caught attitude because he was taking his sweet time, and this was after already waiting 2 hours. Not sure if I am coming back here honestly. More
