When I recently receive service at this Toyota dealership it was a good experience. The staff was professional and let me know that there is a repair I might want to do today that I was not aware before brin it was a good experience. Good morning, this is the third time that I'm trying to complete your questionnaire. Everyone that I dealt with at Glen Toyota seemed very nice, although, I am concerned that the multi Shield warranty that complete your questionnaire. Everyone that I dealt with at Glen Toyota seemed very nice, although, I am concerned that the multi Shield warranty that I purchased on my used RAV4, is on the up-and-up. Hopefully no problems will arise where I may not have to use this coverage but if I do everything will be covered as stated by Mike and finance. Also on my mind is the fact that Mike said that I had 2-year free maintenance on the vehicle he said something to the effect that it's on my information in house.
