Service visit It was a good experience but in general they should not overbook. If I bring my car in at 9:30 it shouldn’t be looked at two hours later. But because they didn’t discover till one that additional work needed to be done it wasn’t ready till after 4 o’clock. It also was crowded when I was dropping off the car so I had to wait that normally I do not. That must mean they overbooked. More

Like new! I knew I needed 4 new tires, brakes and rotors but put it off bc $$$. Well, once I had a flat, I couldn’t put it off anymore. Glen Toyota was able to I knew I needed 4 new tires, brakes and rotors but put it off bc $$$. Well, once I had a flat, I couldn’t put it off anymore. Glen Toyota was able to get me in the day I called and gave me a loaner so I could get to work on time and do what I needed to do. The rep was very friendly, and good at explaining things every step of the way. He recommended a tire that was not the most expensive but still a good tire. All the work was done in one day. When I got my minivan back, it ran so smoothly, it was like a new car! More

It was good after I requested assistance. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. No one came to Check with us. After waiting an hour or more I went out to check and everyone was seate I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. No one came to Check with us. After waiting an hour or more I went out to check and everyone was seated at their desk. I got help because I took the inactive to go and request assistance. They were busy; however they should have shown courtesy of checking the waiting room and let us know they did not forget us. More
