It’s interesting to see how you were able to make this situation sound in your review Mr. Khunt. Unfortunately that’s not how it reads in the Police report that was filed and that every customer in our waiting lounge can attest to. We wish you luck and hope you are able to find satisfaction at another facility. Mike E Service Director Mr. Khunt, We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. However it was pointed out to you and highly recommended that you leave your vehicle for the airbag recall that is open on your vehicle. Our staff discussed with you the potential dangers of driving the vehicle and that we have the remedy available and should be taken care of most urgently to keep both you and your family safe in case of an accident and the potential dangers and what could possibly occur in the event of an airbag deployment. I personally would not want to drive the vehicle in that state nor would I have any passengers in or risk someones or my passengers safety or my own while it is logical to have it repaired on that date. I feel the confusion you may be having when our Service Director spoke with you and you state he said that he didn't have time for nonsense is that it is very perplexing that a customer would not elect to have a safety issue addressed and would not want to sign the necessary disclaimers that you were willing to waive your safety as well as your passengers. Additionally, the police had to be called to have you removed since you were very disruptive, combative and were cursing at our employees. Thanks for your feedback and safe travels. Rob D GM

Shame shame shame. Your staff mr. M. Elston needs some help when it comes to speaking with customers. I am still not sure why no one has answered as to why dealership refused to do simple oil change. Is it because the dealership makes big money on recalls and not so much on oil change ? So I understand that focus should be on the recall. MR. elston calling me an a@@hole is very professional. Great job glen Toyota. There was no police report FYI, because I would love to read it if you have a copy. Thanks.

Additionally, we did opt to not do business with you based on how you were yelling and cursing at our staff. You can call the local police for any incident report and information on the call they responded to here after we requested them to come. It has nothing to do with profitability. Mr. Rob. I was waiting in the waiting area while my car was in your garage. I was called into the garage by your staff again to ask me to fix the recall which I declined the very first time I arrived at the dealership. Secondly Mr. Alston Behaved like a child when he called me an xxxxxxx. So one can understand that by calling someone an xxxxxxx may lead to verbal words exchange. There is no reason to force me to fix the recall. Kindly look at your video footage and save your and my energy. I purchased this car from glen Toyota and returned there each and every time for service. Why would your customer leave a negative comment when all previous services have been great ? You have only one staff member that has made this experience a memorable one, only in a negative way. I am thankful that police came out when your staff called otherwise I would have called them of my own so they can assist in this matter. I was advised by police department to reach out to the owners and the general manager regarding this matter but it seems like a dead end.
