I recently had a superb experience of buying new Toyota Sienna from this dealership, they beat all other dealers quote. The Sales Manager “Ric Gregson” is highly principled and honest man, he delivered what he had offered on phone and kept in touch with me at all steps. He is incredibly responsive and helpful in discussing the purchase of the vehicle on phone. The salesman, Ali is very professional, well-informed, caring and also very soft spoken. He assisted me at all times until I left the dealership and is still available over the phone if I have any questions. Mike (Director Finance) managed all post sales transaction, he is very qualified and a thoughtful gentleman. He also called after sales to know if all is okay. Glen Toyota staff accommodated me with my comfort and made a transaction as smooth as possible. I would like to thank all of them for provided me such a great care and service.
