The service department at Glenbrook Dodge did an excellent job in correcting a serious problem with the radio/Uconnect system in our Chrysler Pacifica. Despite the facts that there was a lengthy del excellent job in correcting a serious problem with the radio/Uconnect system in our Chrysler Pacifica. Despite the facts that there was a lengthy delay in receipt of a replacement radio (issue with UConnect), the vehicle was actually beyond the warranty period and we did not purchase the vehicle from them - as soon as the replacement radio was received, the service work was quickly and expertly completed with no charges to us. First of all, Kory Tye is the GUY! The first time my girlfriend and I walked in the building, he was already putting dreams in driveways 4 hours earlier than his scheduled in time. True dedication.
