Walked in and ignored; it didn't get any better. Stopped in after trying to set up an appointment to see a used Ram 2500. I eventually made an offer ($45K on a sticker of $49K) on a used Megacab, and was ignored, and wasn't offered a counter. It honestly is the strangest treatment I have ever experience while purchasing a vehicle. I will not and can not recommend working with the Glenbrook Dodge team. More
