A nightmare. Wonderful service from Nick Williams our salesman, but he was the only positive interaction with this "business" We were told we could pick up our car Wonderful service from Nick Williams our salesman, but he was the only positive interaction with this "business" We were told we could pick up our car on Thursday and they would let us know when it was ready. So after hearing nothing all day, we called at 3:30 to be told it wasn't ready yet, but they would let us know when it was. So we waited longer and called back around 5. This time I got told we already picked up the car, they didn't have it??? Lol what?! So then after more checking they found the car and said it was still being worked on but we would have to get it Friday morning. We already agreed to turning in our rental first thing Friday morning and had an appointment set up for getting the new car tinted first thing Friday morning. We decided against working with them any further and purchased elsewhere. We called to let them know our decision and rather than being receptive and concerned about our concerns with their business, the manager wanted to argue that our concerns weren't valid. Super disappointed in the rude and disrespectful interactions. Enjoy your $500 non-refundable down payment. You're going to need it more than we do if you continue to run your business as you are.
