If I had an appointment, he was there waiting for me. On my second visit, I was delayed and Joe tried calling and texting to verify I was okay. That meant a lot to me. I can't say enough good words about John. This was my third time dealing with John regarding financing. First time was at a different dealership. When we found out he moved, it swayed our decision to purchase from you. This time I asked for him personally to do my financing. My only concern would be what the salesman provides to you regarding costs is never the same as what finance states. They are not far off, but when I State I can only pay this much, it is a little frustrating. More
