We test drive several cars and Joe answered our questions without pushing us in a particular direction. When we decided to run some numbers Joe was quick. And when we told him we needed a lower payment he talked with his manager briefly and in one shot they got the numbers where we needed to be. And we got fair trades for two vehicles. Tim in finance was great too. He was very pleasant and answered many questions for us. All and all our experience was smooth and fairly quick. We drove away in our new vehicle that same night! More
