Fiat-LT I had the best customer experience at the Glenbrook Fiat with the dealer LT. LT and Todd were so patient while I was picking out the model and edition I had the best customer experience at the Glenbrook Fiat with the dealer LT. LT and Todd were so patient while I was picking out the model and edition I wanted. My car was brought in from Ohio and arrived in great condition. After we finalized the purchase, LT spent over an hour setting the car up for me exactly how I wanted and explained how to work everything in detail. During my drive home to South Bend, I knew how to operate everything. I know most people dread dealing with dealers but know if you go to this fiat, you will be in great hands with LT and Todd. Never say never! I had recently purchased a used Ford explorer and lost it in a fire 3 months later. I looked and looked for a vehicle to replace it and couldn't find anything I wanted. I kept saying no minivan or Chrysler product! Well I went into the showroom and looked at a Chrysler minivan. Got an awesome deal with the end of the year rebates and it helped that my son is a mechanic there so I got the employee pricing too! So glad that I got this car.
