hi, we bought a new car on Saturday. I was bound and determined that I was going to get a certain vehicle and ended up with something totally different which ended up being the right one for me. It was funny that my son got a text on the way home with the words "you can't know you have the right one, until you let go of the wrong one". Angel was wonderful and worked very hard to provide the right vehicle for me. Dave was great and took the time to explain the terms and conditions and also wanted to make sure I was protected with gap insurance. The extra time they took to make us satisfied means a lot. We bought 2 vehicls over the past month from Glen at this dealership. Glen did an amazing job with us on our first vehicle. We got a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. Glen said that I would be able to take the van home for the night so my wife could spend a little more time with it and she loved it. I thought that was amazing! We ended up going back the next day and buying it. Got a great price and was very happy with the financing we got. We have less than perfect credit so I knew the rate would be high and what we got was better than expected. The seconde time we went back in a month later to trade in our other vehicle. This time it took a little more time to find the right car. But after some patience and about 4 different test drives we found the right one. Glen was amazing at explaining our options and how the process worked. Matt was even in helping with the purchase of both cars to add that special touch. The seconde car we got was a off brand used car and am totally blown away by it. Our trade in had an awesome value and financing was even better this time than the first purchase. Overall this is a great dealership and has an amazing team. Different people said hello to us and everyone made sure we had been helped by someone. Glen - Great!
