I am writing this after **months** of being ignored by your service manager, Ryan Tuttle, who has repeatedly demonstrated that avoiding responsibility is apparently his primary job function. I was sold a your service manager, Ryan Tuttle, who has repeatedly demonstrated that avoiding responsibility is apparently his primary job function. I was sold a car that your team clearly knew had issues, and instead of addressing those concerns, Ryan has chosen to disappear behind voicemail, unanswered messages, and total silence. The lack of accountability is astounding. I have called for months. I have followed every step I was told to follow. And the result has been nothing but avoidance, excuses, and a complete refusal to do the bare minimum of customer service. At this point, it would take actual effort to communicate this poorly. This dealership made a profit off of selling me a faulty vehicle, and then your service manager decided that acknowledging the problem was optional. That level of negligence and disregard is not just unprofessional. It’s insulting. If this is how you treat customers after the sale is made, people deserve to know. The service department leadership needs a serious intervention, because right now it is operating with all the urgency, transparency, and competence of a brick wall. I will continue escalating this until someone in this organization decides that doing their job is more convenient than ignoring me. More
