They overfilled my oil. They have told me my steering wheel was obviously broken when it wasn't. They misdiagnosed my engine problem as a battery problem when battery was br They have told me my steering wheel was obviously broken when it wasn't. They misdiagnosed my engine problem as a battery problem when battery was brand new and still giving juice. They didn't give me a loaner till I was $700 dollar in and still charged me. They made me wait 4 months for my car. They "fixed" my engine and $11000 warranty dollars later and many months, the engine blew up again. This time they did give me a free loaner car. Still waiting on 2nd engine. I am still waiting on resolution. More

I had my 2022 Santa Cruz in for recall service and an oil change. The service was completed faster than expected. The only issues that I have is soap lettering was left on the driver’s side rear window. An change. The service was completed faster than expected. And, I’m guessing, that since I bought the vehicle new at another dealer and still qualify for no charge oil changes, washing of the vehicle is not done. Wash was also not included the last time I had this vehicle at at this location for service. More
