Two out of three times they changed my oil, they overfilled the oil. Their claimed free 200k Powertrain warranty is not free. The cost isn't revealed to you until you see the final signature paperwork. It's $600. The car salesman told me the car had new hands free driving, it doesn't. After only 20k miles on the car, the service manager told me my tires were near needing replacement and then had the gall to tell me that if I didn't perform the $200+ induction cleaning that their warranty department would use that as evidence to deny a claim if the engine failed. Don't buy from these people, they are a racket. More
