Glenbrook Hyundai - Happy Car Store

This is the worst car dealership I've dealt with. I had a critical engine problem (on a new car so why did this even happen) and they told me not to drive it at all. I'm from out of town so I needed I had a critical engine problem (on a new car so why did this even happen) and they told me not to drive it at all. I'm from out of town so I needed a loaner car. I asked if I could bring it to the dealership early (the next appointment was 10 days away) so I could get a loaner car and they said no because they will "probably lose my car keys" and that their "parking lot was unsafe." They said once they diagnosed my engine problem they would give me a loaner. I had it towed to my appointment and they canceled the appointment on me and refused to diagnose it for several more days and said "who told you that we give loaner cars anyway?" They said to just rent a car but they would probably not reimburse me. Even the tow truck driver said this place was terrible and they would probably lose my car keys. If you can go to any other dealership go there instead. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
