This was my first experience with the Service Center at Glenbrook Hyundai. I used the Quick Lane, and the people there could not have been nicer. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I received a letter from Hyundai regarding their April TRADE-IN Sales Event. They said they would offer me 20% above Kelly Blue Book for my 2020 Sante Fe. Kelly Blue Book is $17,161 and they would offer m TRADE-IN Sales Event. They said they would offer me 20% above Kelly Blue Book for my 2020 Sante Fe. Kelly Blue Book is $17,161 and they would offer me up to $20,593. I went in to buy a new 2024 Tucson. My car is in very good condition but they offered me $1,000 below Kelly Blue Book. $16,000. I spoke with the Sales Manager, Jeremy Owens on the phone about the Trade-In Promotion and he stated that this is a Marketing Promotion that is sent out to get people into the store and their job is to sell a new car. Apparently the promotion is a scam and I was lied to. The sales manager hung-up on me. More
