Worst experience I've ever had!!! I bought a Hyundai elantra two months ago and I had instant regret because they were extremely rude the moment I signed the paperwork. Chris Jasso made false promises to me and ridiculed me for not getting it on paper. I called the general manager, Mark McKibben, twice and he finally returned my call after two weeks. We talked and he quickly got off the phone saying he would talk to his sales guys and call me back but I haven't heard a word. The car was financed incorrectly by John McCard and I didn't get my paperwork to get my license plates until multiple dead end phone calls. FINALLY, he said he forgot to get a copy of my drivers license so he couldn't finalize the paperwork. After getting the paperwork, I realized everything was incorrect. To summarize, they sold me a car that was supposedly detailed but it was filthy. It had no oil in it, it was not inspected even though it was still under warranty and the checklist was "complete", the second time I had it "detailed" there was trash in the glove compartment and crumbs on the seat, my temporary plates expired before I got my paperwork so I couldn't drive the car, I received incorrect paperwork, the GM won't return phone calls and when he finally did he blew me off, my brother never received his $100 referral incentive. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! More

Met with E.J. to test drive several vehicles and he was very kind and I never felt rushed as I was there for nearly 3 hours. I was even able to take the car home for an overnight test drive. Went back the next day to work on a financial deal and was very pleased with the results and how the sales manager was willing to accomodate our needs. This is my second new vehicle purchase through this dealer and they hit it out of the park with great customer service. Thank you! More

Check engine on all the time. This dealership couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Just wanted my money. Problem started at 30,000 miles and ended at 63,000 miles when I sold the money pit. Junk, Junk, junk. NEVER will buy another one!!!!!!!!! More
Price Disappointing Was disappointed wth the price for flushing and filling fluids (45,000 service). It was $320! I only did so because Justin stated the previous owner was negligent in servicing vehicle and the fluids were low and dirty. My regular mechanic advises against this, but decided to do it anyway this time. Also was told it would be $100 just to check a service light (TPMS light) on panel. (REALLY!?) Was very pleased with the oil change price of 4 for $68, but it seems like the rest of the recommended service points are a bit "over the top" in procedure and pricing. More

Great Service, but you pay for it. Just bought a Hyundai Sonata 2011 3 months age from Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep, It had 25000 Miles on it and I am now approaching 29000. Peace of mind and a little less to worry about. I made an appointment for a thursday and just couldn't make it for friday (something came up) The salesman also had a sick child on that friday as wel I made an appointment for a thursday and just couldn't make it for friday (something came up) The salesman also had a sick child on that friday as well. so no harm no foul. then monday I was able to make it. test drove 2 vehicles. ended up in the second one and drove it home. I dont feel like i got taken. I had a good experience. and i think the car i have now is as reliable as it can be. Peace of mind=pound of gold. oh, and i have heated seats again. It's like the matrix. the red pill is heated seats. have them once, you'll never go back. More
No appointment needed I just happened to be in Fort Wayne and knew I needed a service done to my Elantra. I pulled in and they took my car right in. There was a young lady who took care of getting some chips out of my windshield with the necessary paperwork, but I am sorry I don't remember her name. Please reach out to her as she was awesome!!!! Your sales manager saved me by getting me a wonderful, dedicated and compassionate saleslady. Angie saved the deal. The sale went through, but then your service dept let my car off the lot when it was not prepared to go. I had purchased the extra flashing brake dole light and nitrogen filled tires.. I paid for those, but what you pay for isn't always what you get. I had to make an extra trip to your service dept. to get the flashing dole light installed and nitrogen into my tires. Otherwise I am very satisfied. Things can always go wrong, but what makes a company is how the problems get fixed. This situation was fixed with a smile and a sincere apology by the service manager. With that alone, will bring me back for service. More
