Helped us out in a very unfortunate situation We were in a bind, looking for a trade-in deal for my boyfriend's suddenly-broken-down car no longer under warranty, that he still had a significant l We were in a bind, looking for a trade-in deal for my boyfriend's suddenly-broken-down car no longer under warranty, that he still had a significant loan to pay on. They were so helpful and considerate, and although they couldn't offer much as far as the old car went, they were able to provide rebates and give us discounts that lumped his new loan with his old one and get his financing within his range of affordability. Although the sales team wanted to push a specific model that they had incentives on, the finance manager, Larry, really looked at his financial situation, and mine as his cosigner with my good credit on the line, and encouraged the sales team to make us a different offer on a cheaper car that was going to work better for us financially, and still get my boyfriend in a vehicle that day. The sales team was very patient and helpful throughout the deal. Although we weren't shopping for a dream car, but rather desperately needing a solution to a crappy situation, we still drove away with a basic, brand new vehicle that's covered by warranty and got his old loan consolidated at an affordable rate. I really want to thank Larry from the finance team for his hard work and encouragement and for his reassurance that this situation would get better. You hear all the stereotypes about car salesmen and dealerships, and although I've had my own personal experiences that have supported them, this deal was not like that at all. They still helped us even when it wasn't exactly benefiting them in the way they originally hoped. We are really appreciative of them working for us in the end, instead of themselves (we still purchased a car, regardless). Hopefully in the near future, when it finally is a time for my boyfriend to shop for a car because he wants to and not because he has to, we will return to Glendale because of the extraordinary service we received this time around and help them out. Alex Feltner, our salesman, went above and beyond my expectations. And they are pretty high. He knew his product well and was extremely helpful through the whole process, in addition to having a great sense of humor. My wife and I flew in from Oklahoma to pick up the car. Alex picked us up from the airport. Now that is service! Larry Striblin in finance was equally as professional and courteous as Alex. Even though there are dealerships closer to where I live, when I am ready to buy another Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle, I will make another trip to St. Louis. More
