Even though we knew which car we were targeting, Rob still let me try some more of the inventory to grt a feel for comparable vehicles and alternatives. The sale process itself went by smooth and I believe we came to a reasonable deal for both parties. I will continuing business with Glendale and Rob, but I am sure my new Rene will keep me happy for a while. More

He pressured me for almost 1 1/2 to buy an extended warranty. Despite my telling him I didn't want it it just kept it up to the point I almost walked out without buying the car. He had to have seen how uncomfortable and nervous he was making me and at one point I got angry. My boyfriend was with me and he thought it was a bad experience. I love my car and am very happy with my deal I got from Julia. Again Julia was wonderful! More
