He pressured me for almost 1 1/2 to buy an extended warranty. Despite my telling him I didn't want it it just kept it up to the point I almost walked out without buying the car. He had to have seen how uncomfortable and nervous he was making me and at one point I got angry. My boyfriend was with me and he thought it was a bad experience. I love my car and am very happy with my deal I got from Julia. Again Julia was wonderful! More

Great Experience I found RW (the sales contact) to be very thorough in his presentation of the car in which I was interested. He was persistent, but when I asked him I found RW (the sales contact) to be very thorough in his presentation of the car in which I was interested. He was persistent, but when I asked him to back off and give me the time I needed, he obliged. When it came to negotiating the final price, he was determined to make it work for me and got the people necessary to make it work involved. The dealership inventory, from what I could tell, was the largest in the area giving me a fair amount of choice.
