On Saturday May 18th 2013, I requested an online quote for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Literally within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Mike Oppermann Jr. and he confirmed the Jeep we ha for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Literally within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Mike Oppermann Jr. and he confirmed the Jeep we had been searching for was on his lot. Because we are over 100 miles from Mike's dealership, I wanted to try to get as close to a deal as possible before making the drive there. Knowing Mike has probably had 100's of people trying to make a deal over the phone, only to never show up in person, I tried to show our sincerity by describing the vehicle we had as a trade in, what we felt was a fair price for our trade, what financing options we had lined up, and what we felt was a pair price for the Trailhawk. I further explained that we wanted a very specific Trailhawk, and there were only THREE within 100 miles of my house. Being late in the model year, and assuming the 2013 Trailhawk was no longer in production, I was worried that letting Mike know we really wanted the Jeep on his lot, and that it would be difficult to find another one just like it would only give him reason to not be flexible. To my surprise, Mike and I were able to work out a deal on the phone in about 10 minutes! Mike, in my opinion, treated this sale like we could have found this Jeep for sale on any corner lot. We arrived at the dealership and despite being a Saturday with people everywhere, Mike met us before we even entered the dealership. We quickly signed some paperwork with Mike, who then passed us to Rich Reichart to sign all the financing paperwork. I knew Rich was going to try to sell us an extended warranty, something I never buy, on any product. Despite being very busy, Rich took the time to explain all of the extended warranty options available to us and after listening to him, we were convinced an extended warranty would be a wise investment for our new Jeep. Rich quickly had us in and out of his office, extended warranty in hand. In about an hour from arriving at the dealership we were on our way home in our new Jeep. It was, by far, the absolute best car buying experience I have had in my life. More

I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. I'm prepared when I approach a dealership about buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader a buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader and they even took another $1,000.00 off before I came to the dealership because of my membership in USAA. So going in I was satisfied with the selling price so it was just placing a value on my Trade and securing financing on my deal. I met with Jerry Kasten, who was very professional and personable, and after taking a few minuites to discuss the value of my trade we reached an agreed net price on the deal. I then moved over to Larry Stribin, Finance Manager, to secure financing. Larry was very professional and personable through our financing discussions and within a few minutes he had secured financing on the deal which I was very happy with. Also, the Service Area also assisted by installing Side Steps on the Citadel and they also where fantastic and very professional in my dealings with them. I would, without reservation, recommend Glendale Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, especially Jerry Kasten and Larry Stribin, to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Chrysler Product.
