Probably the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had to trade a used car and buy new. The price was fair. The closing was quick and uneventful as one would wish. No hassles. No BS. In buying about 25 new cars, I have seen virtally every scam known-- bait and switch, change the trade offer, change the sell price, phony up the math in the closing papers, outright lies etc. Cedric and I worked out the deal on the phone and via the net with no real problems-- just legit negoatiations and telling the truth about the trade car, the new car and the math. We had to wait awhile when we got to Glendale to close but that was really a good sign because it showed how busy your dealership was and that's a tribute to your longstanding reputation and equity which many know about. I already knew from my ex wife buying a new car there. I had looked before but always at model year end and never found what I was seeking-- my waiting not your fault by any means. Jerry was not a high pressure sales person. I visited the dealership, left and came back without feeling intimidated.
