Positive Experience! July 22, 2020 I want to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Steve Hemenway when I purchased my new 2020 Rubican last weekend. From the July 22, 2020 I want to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Steve Hemenway when I purchased my new 2020 Rubican last weekend. From the moment we met, he took the time to listen and respond to all my questions and concerns as I made my decision on a new vehicle. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Obviously, selling Jeeps (especially Wranglers) is a perfect fit for him. I also appreciated the care he took with wearing a mask (in 100* temperatures!) and adhering to all the safety concerns regarding this time of COVID. Steve took the time to go over all of my new Wrangler's bells and whistles before I drove it off the lot ~ which was super helpful! It's only been a few days since my purchase, and he has checked in on me twice. I do have a question regarding the storage of the back windows, so when I go in to pick up my new plates, he's going to show me how that works. I feel very comfortable knowing that Steve is available and willing to help if I have any problems or questions. Steve turned me over to Brian Gilbert for working out the financing of my new Jeep. Brian has the process down to a science. He was very organized with the paperwork and was able to run through everything much faster than I expected, given the volume of forms. He took his time answering my questions and explaining all of the information we were covering. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and competence in the financing process. He was also very cognizant of social distancing measures and wearing a mask in his office. Working with Brian was a pleasant experience, and I was grateful for his proficiency and expertise regarding financing. Overall, I had such a positive experience at Glendale CJDR. Not only did I get to go home with my dream vehicle, but I'm also happy that they are right in my neighborhood and now I'm part of their family. I feel confident if I ever have any issues or questions, I can stop in for assistance. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know both Steve and Brian, and will definitely recommend Glendale CJDR, Steve, and Brian to anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle.
