The experience started out very well when we were looking at the vehicle on a Saturday morning. We test drive it and really liked everything except the window tint on the windshield. It was really scratched at the vehicle on a Saturday morning. We test drive it and really liked everything except the window tint on the windshield. It was really scratched and peeling off in places. The salesman told me in the parking lot that he has no problem taking care of that for us. I thought, great, let’s finish this up now. Everything at the dealership went as is should. On Monday I stopped by a window tint shop to get an estimate to get the tint fixed as I was promised. I emailed and called the dealer several times over then next few days and never heard from them. Then the sales manager called me and pretty much called me a liar and that his salesman would know better than to promise something. It has been a week and a half and I still have not gotten a call back or even an email answered over this and I’m guessing they are OK with losing a potentially new customer over A $250 promise that they will not honor. we have bought many vehicles over the years and never had this kind of trouble especially over something so minor. More
